Our experienced team’s combined knowledge is used with up-to-date industry information to create a quarterly market report the ‘Catch Up’, which is sent out to our customers each season. The market report advises on the availability of species as affected by weather conditions etc during that time of year. It also contains a buyers suggestion list to assist with menu planning.
