We source locally caught seafood wherever possible from markets such as Lowestoft and deliver to chefs in the East and South East of England as far as Brighton and up to Lincoln and Sheffield.

We offer support with menu planning, knife skills training, regular market updates in the form of our quarterly ‘Catch-up’, daily specials, recipe ideas and trends information.
